Returns and Refunds

Cancellations: 

If your order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel and refund your order in full. If you need to cancel an order that has been dispatched then you will be charged a cancellation and restocking fee of 20% off the order value. please call us on 0161 900 4440 or email us at [email protected]  and we can then discuss the options.

Undeliverable Items

In the event our couriers are unable to deliver your parcels and the goods are returned back to our warehouse, their will be re delivery charge of £5 to send the goods back out to you,.

Returns 

If you have received an order and it's not what you expected then you have the right to return the goods within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be in the original condition in which they were received.

You will receive a refund (less the delivery charge if applicable). You can send the goods back to us at your own cost, alternatively we can arrange a collection for you (a fee will apply) email us at [email protected] for more information. 
Please note items that are bespoke are not refundable.

Damages: 

If you receive a delivery and the goods are damaged then you have the option to refuse all or part of the delivery. If this happens please contact us on 0161 900 4440 or email us on [email protected], once you have logged this we can either send a replacement out or offer a collection and refund.
